My theory is that Main will tell Delia which will bring her to a crossroad - either she tells the Bishop and enhances her position, or she will decide to protect Dirk and join the team Main.

This anime is too cruel with side characters in there development so I doubt it will play out that predictably. My guess is after that end scene with Delia whining, she will probably take Dirk to the High Bishop and have him find someone to adopt Dirk instead since she doesn't trust the High Priest. The High Bishop will realize the kid has devouring, most likely using that Feystone they made such a huge deal about showing in a previous episode. Things will go downhill from there so expect Dirk or Delia to be dead sometime soon or damn close to it. That crazy mom whos son was executed because of Main still wants that revenge, so this might be where she gets it.

Nope. I haven't read any light novels and doubt I ever will. The closest I've come to reading something anime related was the Manga for Kekkaishi and even that was tough to get through and I don't think I ever actually finished lol. I would fall asleep in 5 seconds reading a light novel.

The gods are active. And it's mostly due to HOW Myne survived that she has developed so much mana.

Picture it thus:
Mana containment within a person is a cup that stretches a little, as time passes mana pours into the cup.
Those suffering from the devouring have a flow larger than they can handle.
Most Nobles use a tool to take some of the mana out of the cup before it starts to stretch, as should it stretch too much it will break, and the individual will die rather horrifically.
Myne had no tool, so she had to force the mana to condense, reducing the strain on the cup and allowing it to repair itself. Every time the cup repaired itself it grew bigger, but as Myne grew the flow of mana into the cup grew with her.
Thus Myne's cup is now freakishly large for a devouring child her age.

Ferdinands assessment of Dirk would put him in the same category as a med noble, like the idiot son that tried to harm Myne and died for it.
Myne's mana is closer to an Archnoble. The class of nobles that rule duchy's, so royalty would have more Mana at her age.

So in other words. Main is a super freak and Dirk is just Dirk but not too bad off Dirk since he will be kept from turning into a freak...
Also in the post episode scene Main is said by the Bishop to likely have some side-effects from how she survived since it was Abby... somebody ah, Abby Normal style. But he refused to say what those side effects might be. Maybe she'll be flat-is-justice type or sterile or something, something... Darkside!?

Considering she is still so small for her age, it probably has to do with growth and maybe other physical problems.

Worse actually. Her poor health is directly related to her abnormality. Alongside her slowed growth, so forget flat is Justice, she is doomed to the path of the loli.
